REFUND POLICY

At Monellies, all products come with a 66-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product and receive a full refund.

However, to ensure fairness and protect the quality of our items, returns will only be accepted if the product:

  • is returned in its original condition, free from signs of wear, scratches, or damage;

  • is accompanied by the original packaging, if possible;

  • is shipped back within 66 days of the delivery date.

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases of evident misuse, tampering, or conditions that do not meet the requirements listed above. Each request will be reviewed by our team and you will receive a response within a few business days.

For any product received damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us promptly by sending a photo clearly showing the issue: in such cases, we will arrange either a full refund or a free replacement shipment.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?

Simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at info@mymonellies.com with your order number. Once we receive the item and verify that it has not been used, we will initiate the refund process.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED?

If you have received defective, incorrect, and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number, photos of the item, and any relevant details regarding the delivery, and in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us within 6 hours if you wish to modify or cancel your order at info@mymonellies.com. Include your order number along with the changes and/or cancellation you would like to make, and you will receive a confirmation. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
